Declaration of Clyde Hutcheson

I know of Steven@StrategicConsultant.org from my experience in a wireless cable partnership he helped become a winner (our systems gave owners nearly double our money in less than 3 years for those of us following Steven’s suggestions. He told us when and how to sell for best profits). Because of Steven’s involvement we made money.

Although our multi-million dollar partnerships were things we went into with the intent of being active, the partnership minutes, the letters from Steven to partners and things partners have been saying all point to Steven as playing a major role in our success, from start to finish over the years. We in AWS have gotten mailings for his recommendations (see track record and affidavits) talking when to buy, when and how to sell, etc. This includes ADCM, which went up over 50 times (see affidavits) and CCOP when it was pre-IPO – which, if you followed Steven’s recommendation, you could have made 10 times your money!

As soon as I got this last mailing, I found myself feeling compelled to call him and go forward with his suggestions for many reasons, including:

1.             NAME RECOGNITION AND REPUTATION – We’ve gotten his mailings for years. His record speaks for itself, and comments from Ken Thomson and other committee members/partners all confirm the same things – Steven’s both great at what he does and you can trust him! (see various related declarations and affidavits under penalty of perjury, plus track record summary)

2.             HIS PRIOR RECOMMENDATION LETTERS HAVE BEEN RIGHT – I’ve watched his recommendations make money over the last 10-15 years. He’s called the markets, he’s picked great things. Based on hindsight (it seems like he’s been a successful time traveler!), I wish I would have gone forward on all his recommendations, since over time, it’s obvious he’s been right, including both when to buy and when and how to sell.

3.             STEVEN’S RISKS DISCLOSURES ARE BEST I’VE HEARD – I kept hearing about Steven’s risk disclosures being particularly strong. Steven’s risk disclosures cover a lot more than what a stock broker or advisor tells you. When you look at how judges have ruled in favor of Steven, et. al., the disclosures he does make a difference.

An example of this is Cowboys, where a bankruptcy judge and US Trustee issued 9 month promissory notes, that converted into Cowboys stock, under Chapter 11 securities exemptions. Even though the judge thought Steven’s extra disclosures (both in writing and his taped compliance calls) was excessive, the judge did allow Steven to state that going public could take years, if ever, and that no guarantees of it going public could be made.  (see declarations)

When you hear how Steven goes the extra mile in his risk disclosures and his questions/answer sessions, you can feel good knowing you’re well informed. I wish stock brokers and advisors covered risks as well as Steven – I think it could help our country if they did. His record and reputation check out better than anyone I know of.

4.             REGULAR UPDATES – I like getting Steven’s regular weekly updates. It lets me know what’s going on, where we are headed and how current events affect me.

5.             THE PREVIOUS “IF ONLY I FOLLOWED STEVEN’S SUGGESTIONS” FACTOR – I would have followed all of Steven’s price suggestions from his past mailings if I could have. When other things went down hill, Steven’s went up.

6.             STEVEN’S VERBAL AND WRITTEN DESCRIPTIONS/EXPLANATIONS – Steven describes things in ways that make sense, especially about succeeding in tough times, how risks are managed and how details connect. It’s extremely helpful how he answers everything and brings up things I’m glad to know.

7.             HOW STEVEN’S GONE THE EXTRA MILE TO TAKE CARE OF HIS PEOPLE – Everything I’ve seen and heard about Steven shows he’s always gone the extra mile, doing whatever it takes for his people to be happy, informed and successful.

8.             BACKGROUND OF ETHICS, INTEGRITY AND SUCCESS – When you research Steven’s background, both listening to clients, reading past documents or whatever, I feel it becomes more and more easy to trust Steven because the things he’s done check out and confirm that he is who and what you hope he is. He also returns calls promptly, even if he knows you aren’t liquid, which is refreshing and makes you feel good.

9.             I AGREE WITH THE POINTS IN STEVEN’S MANY OTHER DECLARATIONS – Together they paint an amazing picture of an awesome mountain of success, on which viewed from different angles and perspectives, gives one a better appreciation of how Steven always goes the extra mile to the point you can feel comfortable going forward with Steven and following his recommendations, it’s mutually win-win positive.
