I first began speaking with Steven (of The Strategic Consultant.org) in the fall of 1999 while trying to put a group of us together to one day do investments.
Although Steven, in my opinion, earned my trust before, he had me on his e-mail list (which I forwarded to friends I know who had money) our group lacked liquidity for most deals outside our own (other than funding our own businesses, most of my contacts are incredibly conservative and very slow to open up)
It is my considered opinion that because Steven explained things in such detail regarding how and why, from the big picture point of view, my group became at least open enough to research and ultimately follow Steven’s recommendations early in 2000 to get out of NASDAQ and at least into cash. My group appreciated his stock and timing recommendations and especially his analysis end points to look for, which individuals in our group researched independently and arrived in agreement, and we probably would have done many of Steven’s recommendations had our own businesses and local economy remained strong (again we’re extremely conservative).
As a group, Steven easily may have saved us, collectively, seven figures by providing points that served as a catalyst so we could do our own independent and detailed research. His points were convincing and in great detail (although contrary to most contemporary opinion) about why to get out of NASDAQ as well as when. With almost 2 years of Steven's communications, me and my group have watched how the market has dipped, just as Steven suggested it would 6-9 months prior to it happening.
I hope that as our various businesses recover, we, as a group or myself as an individual, can finally do something with Steven. For now, at least, if I can’t be liquid, I can at least be helpful and hence this declaration confirming my considered opinions of his accuracy, timing, insightfulness, understanding and vision as worthy of receiving the highest praise and recommendation (especially strategic things, forecasting, energy and various areas of science) that I can articulate in a short time regarding Steven's knowledge and expertise in technology, business and economic concepts and the market.
